Oklahoma State announced on May 13 that Victoria Madison and Keaton Mitchell have joined the Cowgirls soccer team as transfers.
The addition of these players is expected to strengthen the team’s lineup for upcoming seasons. Both athletes bring experience from other collegiate programs and notable achievements at club and high school levels.
Victoria Madison, a defender from Tampa, Florida, arrives after her freshman year at Florida, where she did not play during the 2025 season. “Victoria is a tenacious player who plays in the center of the defense, and we’re thrilled she will be joining us,” said OSU head coach Colin Carmichael. “She is an aggressive player who likes the physical side of the game. She has great recovery speed and athleticism, which will allow our team to press the game high up the field.” Madison was ranked No. 19 regionally in Florida as a prep athlete and contributed to Florida Premier’s Southeast Conference ECNL title in 2024. She was also named to several all-conference teams and participated in national selection games.
Keaton Mitchell joins Oklahoma State as a midfielder after three seasons with Tennessee, where she played in 49 games between 2023-25, scoring two goals with one assist. “Keaton is a very talented midfielder who has terrific experience competing in the SEC, and we’re very excited to add her to our team,” Carmichael said. “She can have a big influence on the game and can help control the tempo for us in the midfield. She is a physical presence who brings a great work ethic to the field.” In her junior year at Tennessee, Mitchell started twelve games with one goal and one assist.
Mitchell also excelled at club level for Tennessee SC as an ECNL All-American and twice made Ohio Valley All-Conference First Team while participating in national playoffs three times. At Battle Ground Academy, she set school records with career totals of 92 goals and 85 assists while helping win two state championships.
With these additions, Oklahoma State aims to build on its competitive edge heading into future seasons.
