74 percent of applicants to Oklahoma State University-Main Campus were admitted for fall 2018

At Oklahoma State University-Main Campus, 84 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 51 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Stillwater enrolled 24,690 students in fall 2018, including 20,597 in undergraduate and 4,093 in graduate programs, data shows. 6.9 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

63 percent of undergraduates are residents of Oklahoma, and 34 percent are residents of other states. 3 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (67 percent) and two or more races (10 percent).

The school admitted 74 percent of the 14,405 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 39 percent enrolled.
