Of the 219 people living in Red Rock in 2020, 47.5 percent (104) were women and 52.5 percent (115) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NC Oklahoma News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 24. In the 65 and over age range, there were 15 females and six males.
