The Gene Haas Foundation has awarded Autry Technology Center Computerized Machining (CNC) student Jacob Kurtz $1,000 in support of students who attended the SkillsUSA CNC Technician Competition.
Kurtz was selected because of his performance at the state SkillsUSA competition last spring – 2nd place in the secondary division. Kurtz is also a senior at Enid High School who plans to go to Oklahoma State University to major in Engineering after graduation and completing his program at Autry Tech.
