Attention Full-time Adult Students! The Otha Grimes - Francis Tuttle Memorial Scholarship is administered by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (ODCTE) Foundation and offered to adult students who show a financial hardship. Scholarships are to be used for expenses that directly relate to a student attending a technology center class. Award amounts are determined by the ODCTE.
