WHERE: West Elm Avenue from North Madison Street to North Quincy Street
DETAILS: City of Enid Engineering Department announced that there will be a road closure on a portion of West Elm Avenue from North Madison Street to North Quincy Street allowing contractors to complete concrete work.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted detour and traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in this area during the construction effort.
